The summers are almost over, but the heat is still on.
Here are a few smoothies for you to brighten up your day and beat the heat!

 

Smoothie recipe # 1

Strawberry milkshake with Chia seeds

 

Ingredients:
200 gms fresh strawberries
2 teaspoons of soaked Be Conscious Chia seeds
1 tablespoon of Be Conscious Sugar (White)
1 cup of fresh Yogurt

Procedure

In a mixer put the fresh chopped strawberries, the sugar and yogurt. Grind it to a good smoothie. Pour in a glass and mix the chia seeds. Drink up your way to a healthy breakfast smoothie.

Smoothie recipe # 2

Apple and Flax Seeds Milkshake

Ingredients:
2 Fresh Apples
5 seedless dates
4 teaspoons Flax seeds
2 cups cold milk
Be Conscious White Sugar

Procedure:
Place the roughly chopped apples, flax seeds and dates in a blender then add cold milk and Be Conscious White Sugar to blend it into a cool milkshake!

Banana Smoothie with sunflower seeds
Ingredients:
3 Bananas
3 teaspoons of Sunflower seeds (soaked overnight)
Be Conscious White Sugar
Procedure:
Peel and dice the Bananas and add it to a blender. Add the soaked Pumpkin seeds along with few cubes of ice and  Be Conscious White Sugar to blend it into a smoothie!

Smoothie recipe # 4

Vanilla smoothie with Pumpkin seeds

Ingredients:
4 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
4 tea spoons Pumpkin seeds (soaked overnight)
Vanilla essence
1 cup milk

Procedure:
Fill in all the ingredients into a blender and blend for a minute to get a fine smoothie!
Add 2-6 drops of Vanilla essence according to your taste.
