1 tablespoon of Be Conscious Sugar (White)<br />
1 cup of fresh Yogurt</p>

<p>In a mixer put the fresh chopped strawberries, the sugar and yogurt. Grind it to a good smoothie. Pour in a glass and mix the chia seeds. Drink up your way to a healthy breakfast smoothie.</p>
